is there an elevator to the venue?
our venue is located on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. however, our staff is dedicated to make you & your guests comfortable by offering assistance bringing your items up the stairs.
do you allow outside vendors?
we pride ourselves in being an all-inclusive venue. should we not meet all of your needs, we do allow outside vendors (excluding catering) to help your vision come to life.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DECOR DESIGN PACKAGES?
ABSOLUTELY! WE HAVE THE OPTION FOR YOU TO CHOOSE OUR PRE-MADE DESIGN OPTION, OR WORK DIRECTLY WITH OUR IN-HOUSE DECORATOR WHO CAN CREATE A CUSTOM EVENT DESIGN TAILORED TO YOUR SPECIFIC TASTE, AND MATCH THE THEME OF YOUR EVENT.
HOW CAN I BOOK THE VENUE?
IN ORDER TO RESERVE OUR VENUE FOR YOUR DATE, DEPENDING ON THE PACKAGE CHOSEN, THERE IS A $500 OR 25% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER DUE AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE CONTRACT. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT, ALONG WITH A REFUNDABLE $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT.
